  • Actively participated in the planning, researching and implementing of alternative economic strategies for socio-economic development of identified marginalized sectors in the area of operation;
  • Organized community enterprise groups; conducts meeting, focus group discussion (FGD), education and mentoring, supervision and served as quality controller of products of the enterprise groups;
  • Handled the compiling of information, writing and submitting of regular monthly reports to the lead institution of the research (Australian National University);
  • Drafted concept proposal of enterprise groups as one of its sustainability mechanism;
  • Participated in the Millennium Development Goals refining of Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP) interview guide and took the actual field survey.
